Thank you very much for your interest in attending our 10th Annual Utah Primary Care Summits this year.
"THIS YEAR WE ARE GOING TO HAVE 3 SEPARATE SUMMITS FOR EACH ONE OF OUR CENTERS"
This year, we will be having three Summits at three different locations (our regional service areas).
- October 1, 2025 – Salt Lake Community College, South Jordan Campus.
- October 16, 2025 – Utah Tech University, St. George.
- October 17, 2025 – Weber State University, Ogden.
You are welcome to attend any or all Summits as you prefer.
Registration fee is separate for each Summit.
