Early bird registration for the 2026 Public Health and Disasters Conference - valid until 11:59pm MT, 07/31/2026

Please review our cancellation policy:

Full Refund Period: Cancellations made within two weeks of registration will receive a full refund. Not applicable to cancellations made within the two week late cancelation stage.
Standard Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made after the two-week grace period will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Late Cancellation: Any cancellations made within two weeks of the conference start date will be charged in full. No refunds will be issued after Tuesday, September 29, 2026.
No Shows: Registrants who do not attend or do not cancel before Tuesday, September 29, 2026, will be invoiced for the full registration amount after Thursday, October 15, 2026.
